Below are Lillster’s general terms and conditions for private customers.

General

Please read these terms before shopping at lillster.com.
By placing an order, you agree to our Terms & Conditions.
We may update these terms from time to time to comply with applicable laws and technical changes.

Orders

You will receive an order confirmation by email. Please make sure all details are correct.
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.
This means you can return your purchase within 30 days, as long as the items are unused and in their original packaging.

Lillster AB reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the following situations:

  • Incorrect payment information or declined credit approval

  • Orders suspected to be fraudulent

  • Technical errors (e.g. incorrect stock availability or pricing)

  • The customer is under 18 years of age

  • Delivery cannot be made to the provided address

Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in the currency available for your country, or the currency you select in the currency dropdown.

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Payment is made through the options available at checkout, such as Klarna, card payment, Swish, Apple Pay, or PayPal.
If you choose Klarna, Klarna’s terms apply.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders with PostNord, normally within 1–3 business days.

Sweden Shipping cost
- Shipping cost: 39 SEK for orders under 400 SEK
- Free shipping on orders over 400 SEK

EU Shipping cost:
- Shipping cost: 69 SEK for orders under 600 SEK 
- Free shipping on orders over 600 SEK

International Shipping cost:
-Shipping cost: 69 SEK for orders under 800 SEK 
-Free international shipping on orders over 800 SEK

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

If the parcel does not fit in your mailbox, you may receive a notification by SMS or email for pickup at the nearest service point.

Unclaimed parcels

If a parcel is not collected within the specified time, it will automatically be returned to us.
For unclaimed parcels, a handling fee of 150 SEK will be charged to cover shipping and administration.

Returns & Claims

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

How to return an item

  1. Contact us at order@lillster.com before sending your return.

  2. Pack the items securely in protective packaging.

  3. Include a note with your order number and specify whether it is a return, exchange, or claim.

  4. Send the package to:

Once your return is approved, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
For approved claims/complaints, we cover the return shipping cost.

OUTLET purchases are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Personal data

By shopping with us, you agree that your personal data is stored and processed in accordance with GDPR for the purpose of handling your order, payment, and delivery.

You may request correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

We never sell or transfer your personal data to third parties, except to our payment and delivery service partners.

Force majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control — such as war, natural disasters, strikes, government decisions, or major technical disruptions — Lillster AB is released from its obligation to fulfil the agreement for the duration of such circumstances.
