Wholesale Terms – Lillster AB
These terms apply exclusively to approved retailers purchasing through Lillster’s B2B portal.
1. General
These terms apply to all orders placed by business customers, including resellers, with Lillster AB (“Lillster”).
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
These terms apply to business-to-business (B2B) transactions and are therefore not subject to consumer protection legislation such as distance selling regulations.
Lillster AB reserves the right to update these terms when necessary.
2. Orders
Orders are placed via lillster.com or through another agreed ordering channel.
After an order has been placed, an order confirmation will be sent by email. The customer is responsible for reviewing the order confirmation and ensuring that all details are correct.
Lillster AB reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the following situations:

incorrect or incomplete customer information

suspicion of fraud
-
technical errors, such as incorrect pricing or inventory levels

delivery cannot be made to the provided address
Shipping costs
Shipping is charged on all orders.-
Sweden: 199 SEK

EU: 399 SEK (~35–40 EUR)

3. Minimum Order Value
The minimum order value for resellers is EUR 160 per order, excluding VAT and shipping.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on the ordering platform are exclusive of VAT.
VAT will be applied in accordance with applicable legislation depending on the customer’s country of registration and any provided VAT number.
Lillster AB reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
5. Payment
All orders must be paid in advance before shipment.
Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout or according to a separate agreement between the parties.
Goods will only be shipped once full payment has been received by Lillster AB.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs apply to all orders.
The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout or quoted separately.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping provider.
Lillster AB is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs handling, or other factors outside the company’s control.
For deliveries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.
7. Unreceived or Unclaimed Deliveries
If a delivery is not accepted or collected and is returned to Lillster, Lillster reserves the right to charge the customer for shipping costs as well as any administrative fees incurred.
8. Returns and Claims
Sales between businesses are not subject to the right of withdrawal or open returns.
Returns are therefore only accepted with written approval from Lillster AB.
Any claims regarding damaged or incorrect goods must be reported within 7 days of receiving the delivery.

send a new product

issue a credit for the corresponding amount
9. Recommended Retail Prices
Lillster may from time to time provide recommended retail prices (RRP) for its products.
Recommended Retail Prices (RRP):
Socks size 10/15, 16/21, 22/27 & 28/33 – SEK 99
Socks size 34/39 & 40/45 – SEK 129
These prices are recommended retail prices only. Resellers remain free to determine their own final retail pricing in accordance with applicable competition laws.
Brand positioning
Resellers are expected to maintain the brand positioning of Lillster products and avoid pricing practices that could harm the brand or significantly undercut the recommended retail price.
Lillster AB reserves the right to review and reconsider cooperation with resellers whose pricing practices negatively impact the brand.
10. Sales via Marketplaces
Resellers may not sell Lillster products through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay or similar platforms without written approval from Lillster AB.
11. Personal Data
By placing an order with Lillster, the customer agrees that personal data may be stored and processed in accordance with GDPR for the purpose of managing orders, payments and deliveries.
Lillster only shares necessary information with payment and logistics partners.

12. Force Majeure
Lillster AB shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond the company’s control, such as war, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions or major technical disruptions.
