1. Right of Return
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
You have the right to return your order within 30 days from receiving it, in accordance with consumer distance selling regulations.
To make it easy for you to exercise your right of withdrawal, we provide a digital withdrawal request function. You can find it in the footer of our website as well as on our Returns Policy page.
Through the withdrawal request function, you can submit a request to exercise your right of withdrawal directly on our website, without having to contact us by phone or email. Once you have submitted your request, we will automatically send an acknowledgement of receipt to your email address. We will notify you by email once your request has been reviewed.

2. How to return an item

Include your order number and specify whether it is a return, exchange, or claim.

Once the return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Exchanges
If you need a different size, please:

Place a new order in the webshop.
This ensures faster delivery of the correct size and keeps our inventory accurate.
4. Claims / Faulty Items
If an item is defective or incorrect, you may file a claim according to consumer law.
Contact us at order@lillster.com with your order number and (if possible) a photo of the issue.
If approved, we cover the return shipping and send a replacement or refund you.
5. Exceptions

Items purchased from OUTLET are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
