Shipping Policy – Lillster AB

1. Shipping information

We do our best to get your Lillster socks to you as quickly as possible.
All orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

2. Shipping method & cost

We ship all orders with PostNord.

Sweden:
Shipping within Sweden: 39 SEK
Free shipping on orders over 400 SEK

EU
Shipping cost: 69 SEK for orders under 600 SEK
Free shipping on orders over 600 SEK

International 
Shipping cost: 69 SEK for orders under 800 SEK
Free international shipping on orders over 800 SEK

Shipping costs are always shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

3. Delivery address & notifications

Orders are delivered to your mailbox whenever possible.
If the parcel cannot be delivered to your mailbox, a delivery notification may be sent via SMS or email for pickup at the nearest service point.
You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address when placing your order.

4. Delivery time

Orders within Sweden are normally delivered within 1–3 business days.
International deliveries may take 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method.

Please note that delays may occur during holidays, peak periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. transport disruptions or customs handling).

5. Unclaimed parcels

If a parcel is not collected within the specified time, it will automatically be returned to us.
For unclaimed parcels, a handling fee of 150 SEK will be charged to cover shipping and administration.

6. Damaged or incorrect delivery

If your delivery is damaged or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible at order@lillster.com.
We will help you resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
