We recommend that you visit this page regularly as the general terms and conditions are continuously updated to match our technical updates as well as relevant legal changes.
When you shop at lillster.com, you always have a 30-day open purchase / right of withdrawal. This means that you always have the right to cancel your purchase without justification within this period. Lillster AB has the right to refuse or cancel a purchase in any of the following situations without being liable for damages or costs. - Your payment information is incorrect or that you are not approved in the credit assessment. - Your order may have been made for an illegal purpose or in connection with a crime. - An error has occurred on the website. Such errors may, for example, be errors in stock balance or incorrect sales price. - We have reason to believe that you are under 18 years of age. - We can not deliver to the address you have entered.
At lillster.com you can pay by card, Swish, Paypal or via Klarna. When paying via Klarna Checkout, you can choose to pay by card, installment or invoice. You will find Klarna Checkout's terms and conditions here.
Your order will be sent no later than the next working day with Postnord - Traceable Goods Letter (delivery time 1-3 working days within Sweden). If you want to send your order abroad, delivery times may vary. Check your order once you have received your order. If you have received a defective or damaged item, contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or via this contact form. If your package does not fit in the mailbox, a notification will be sent via e-mail or SMS for collection at the nearest postal agent.
Return and Complaint
When exercising the right of withdrawal / open purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping of SEK 39. Pack in protective packaging, you and the transport company are responsible for transport and risk on return. In the event of a dispute, we follow ARN's recommendations. Refunds are made via the same payment method you used for the purchase as soon as possible after we have received the return. Upon return, you can pause the invoice at Klarna (if you used Klarna as a payment method). The invoice is canceled / adjusted upon receipt of return. Personal data and Force majeure
When ordering, you agree that we store your information in our business. If you do not want information from us, you can easily cancel via a link in the email. According to PUL, you have the right to receive the information we have about you and if it is incorrect or irrelevant to request correction / removal from our register. We do not sell / transfer personal data. Force majeure In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not be reasonably foreseen, and affect agreements entered into and commitments on our part, which means that we can not keep the said agreement / commitment, shall constitute reason why we are released from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
